Plaza Renovation & Additions

This proposed plaza building for business tenants in Marblehead MA, was in need of extensive alteration work. Two stylistically different existing buildings on the site will be joined by an extensive renovation with an expanded ground floor and new second floor tenant spaces.  The existing building on the site of architectural significance serves as the contextural catalyst for the entire renovation and expansion. 

The restaurant's dining patio and colonnade expansion joins two existing buildings defining a courtyard.
